More rain to Devonport

We woke up to 10 deg C and heavy rain , and once the rain temporarily stopped we had breakfast at Molly's which is across the road from the park we were staying in, it seems like poached eggs have become a favorite for me and Husain, with Ali preferring an omelette.

Once we started to pack our bikes it started to rain again, with cold and wet weather we headed into really nice forestry roads, and mountain pases that got up to 1000 meters above sea level and down to 6 deg C. It was cold and wet and there was nothing we could do about it. There were very little towns in route so we stopped at the first place we found which was about 40 minutes from Devonport. Had some warm drinks and a scone and continued to a motel that we had reserved for a few hours until we were able to board the ferry.

Ali got hungry and ordered pizza, I worked on the blog and we got our bags in order for the sleepover on the ferry to Melbourne. Once we reached the ferry we were in the motorcycle line for about only 5 minutes and then we were allowed to board. Once we were settled in Ali and I went around talking to the bikers we had met earlier and talking about our adventures.

The seas were mildly rough so walking in a straight line on deck was impossible. We slept early in anticipation of the day ahead.
