Things to do

Today we started by looking for a suitable oil for the bikes, then decided to change the oil in Lhasa when we reach there.

We also made calls to the carrier who is bringing the bike, and found out that we needed to go to the customs office our selves, so we took a taxi and finalized all the arrangement with the customs, and had the tire a 5:00 pm.

We also checked the bikes for any loose bolts and screws since we were under tough roads in the past few days.

We then went to the market to withdraw cash, and exchange currency in preparation for China. I managed to visit a Honda dealer and found out the price of the 150cc CBZ was about 600 KD.

Hi Ali: Hussain and I are looking at your trip itinerary and video clips – what an exciting adventure you and your friends are having. After looking at the “hotel” clip, I told Hussain that we should buy you a set of pillowcases to carry with you and maybe some bug spray! Well you know we are kidding, you guys made us feel how blessed we are and definitely learned a lot from you. We are praying that God will give you all a safe and wonderful adventure and that you return with memories you can replay through the years. Salam to Muhannad and Hussain.
